British Gas once again hosted a superb event for us. All our delegates had a lovely day at their venue and were given a tour of the building during lunch. This was a great opportunity for all to pick up on new ideas. Once again we had some fantastic speakers on the day that blew us all away.

This was one of our first events held in the North and what a fantastic event. Orange Talent made this day extra special at their fantastic venue with their great hospitality and outstanding customer service.

This was the most successful event the Customer Service Training Network has held yet with a fully booked event weeks in advance. It was a great atmosphere and some fantastic speakers.
