Membership Details

The Customer Service Training Network is a membership organisation although non-members are welcome at meetings at a higher fee.

Membership Options:

  • Annual Single Membership is £70.00 (£84.00 incl VAT) or 
  • Annual Corporate Membership £175.00 (£210.00 incl VAT)
  • Annual Corporate Plus Membership £275.00 (£330.00 incl VAT) 

The Corporate Membership allows four members from your company/organisation to attend each meeting at the discounted membership rate. Four people from your organisation will also be able to feature in our on-line membership directory.
The Corporate Plus Membership allows eight members from your company/organisation to attend each meeting at the discounted membership rate.  Eight people from your organisation will also be able to feature in our on-line membership directory.

The Annual Membership runs for a year from the month you take it out.

Meetings:

Future meetings will be £80 (£96 incl VAT) for members and £99 (£118.80 incl VAT) for non-members. This is a reduction of £19 off each meeting for members. 

A member, if unable to attend, may nominate a colleague to replace her/him.

Other Benefits:

  • You will have priority to attend meetings with limited space.
  • As a member you will also be entitled to access the membership area on the website.
  • Customer service articles are also welcomed from you and will be posted on the website.
  • You are welcome to advertise your company for FREE on our 'supporting trainers' page in return for advertising the CSTN on your website.
  • You will be invited to join our Customer Service Training Network Group on LinkedIn.
